It is entitled “Wages of Rebellion: The Moral Imperative of Revolt”.  Here is a short description as provided with the Amazon advertisement where one can also get a sneak peak.  Then I present a few of his speeches on YouTub given with his book presentations in two or three locations.  Note that an excellent listing of his work with Truthdig is also given on Truthdig.com at this site.
